ZoneMinder 1.23.3 Released

I'm pleased to announce that ZoneMinder version 1.23.3 has been released today.
This release contains an important security fix as well as number of other minor fixes and features. It is recommended that this update be applied at the earliest opportunity. For users of 1.23.2 who have not installed from source and cannot directly update their installation, a patch containing the security fix is available from the Patches section of the Wiki. This patch can be applied to system installed from rpm or other packages.
