Why I didn't see recorded event in other PC in network?

My zoneminder server is 192.168.1.4 then I view event at other it's ip is 192.168.1.10.

I open browser at http://192.168.1.4 by PC 192.168.1.10. I can see monitor fine. but I can't view recorded event. [check image below]

What do your apache logs say?
It sounds to be either a permissions or path problem.
The error_log should have allot more detail as to what you need to track down.
