 Monitor stack level
Folks, I am trying to figure out if this is already in ZM or I will need to figure out how to add it. We are testing a system in the plant where I am working, it monitors conveyors, a bag collector and other areas where in the past we had a person. Now one person can keep a eye on several locations. But we have one place where we need to detect that the level of a stack has risen above a certain point. This is a stack of crushed glass. I rises too slow for motion detection to catch it, what I need is something that detects that a certain per- centage of the pixels have turned dark, and sends a alarm as though it was a motion alarm. That way the guys that have the screens in front of them will advise the front loader guy that it is time to remove some glass. Now they have to watch it to make sure it does not fill. Since it does not move very fast it is easy to forget.
