Zoneminder Ubuntu 12.04 32bit Install issues.

I was wondering if anyone has run into this problem yet? I have done google searches, to no avail. I had zoneminder installed on 11.04 and it worked very well, but I wanted to upgrade my hard disks to 2TB because it is my SAB Server.

I upgraded to Ubuntu Server 12.04 LTS and I cannot get zoneminder to start!

"Motion" works, but I want the real deal!

The errors I receive are below, This is a CLEAN install on ubuntu except for Motion. (which is stopped)
During Install:

/var/log/syslog is as follows:

Please if someone has some time, I would appreciate the help, As I have been running some craigslist ads and I need my camera back! plus how can I tell if the pizza guys here when i am in the hammock?

Works fine on 64 bits mate but i never installed motion tho
